Due to high demand, please only submit patient requests by filling out the screening form.
We appreciate the urgency of your need to be seen. In order to get back to as many people as possible,
we ask that you please do not call the office and instead fill out the form to request care at our center.
If you do not hear from us in 1-2 weeks, we are regretfully unable to accept you at this time
and ask that you please contact your PCP or insurance company for other referrals.
We accept most UPMC, BCBS/Highmark, Aetna and Optum/United Commercial Insurances.
Some of our providers also accept CHIP.
We also offer self-pay options. We do not accept Medicaid (primary or secondary) or Medicare.
It is your responsibility to confirm insurance coverage for care.
