Learn About Our Services
We provide evidence-based psychiatry and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, with telehealth available when clinically appropriate.
Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluatio by your psychiatrist or psychotherapist to understand your concerns and determine the best path forward.
Usually 1–2 hours and may be split into more than one session if needed.
We review symptoms, history, and goals to recommend therapy and/or medication or other services.
Ongoing care begins when you and your clinician agree the relationship is a good match.
When clinically appropriate, medication may help reduce symptoms that interfere with school/work, relationships, or daily functioning. We review options in clear language so you can make an informed decision. All of our psychiatrists are physicians.
Benefits, side effects, interactions, and what to expect—explained in plain language.
Some medications require close follow-up and/or periodic lab monitoring.
Medication management follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes.
