Spruce Communications App
We are now using Spruce to help streamline communication between the clinic and you!
The Spruce app is an all-in-one communication platform for clinics and patients. When you download the Spruce app, you can conveniently exchange messages with the clinic and have the comfort of knowing your communication is secure, encrypted, and HIPAA-compliant. Spruce gives you more than just messaging. You can send and receive photos, videos, and PDF attachments as well.  Everything you receive from the clinic is stored inside the Spruce app and when you receive a new message, you'll get a notification on your phone from Spruce.

You can only set up a working spruce account if you are already a patient at The Via Center.

Patient Portal
We ask that all patients set up an account  through the Passport Patient Portal  for our medical record system, Elation. All billing statements will be sent to your account and you can send us non-urgent messages through the portal messaging service. You can also see a list of your current medications, upcoming appointments, and most recent treatment recommendations.  

Billing
​Please call us to update your payment card to keep on file. We require a functioning credit or debit card on file at all times. If you can't call in, there are two ways to pay online:
  • Click here and then choose QuickPay at the bottom right to make a one-time payment. You’ll need either your account or statement number from your bill which you should hav received through the Elation Portal (see above).
  • To update the credit card you'd like us to use for any balances, please fill out this Credit Card on File form. Please use Chrome/Firefox or your phone/tablet only. These forms will not open correctly on other browsers.

Telepsychiatry
We are happy to offer telepsychiatric services. This is a form of live-interactive videoconferencing that allows you to have your mental health visit online.   At this time, insurers have expanded their coverage to include telehealth visits but we encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify as the situation is changing quickly.
